ORDINANCE No. 14,327
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
1977 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ADVANCED
ENGINEERING SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The amount of $75,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the
1977 Capital Improvement Fund to be used for advanced engineering services,
third party and miscellaneous expenses.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with AMI Engineering in the amount of $27,000.00 for preliminary
engineering on Geyer Springs Road from Baseline to Valley Drive and at
other miscellaneous locations.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with W. William Graham, Jr. in the amount of $31,000.00 for
preliminary engineering on Mabelvale Pike from Fourche Creek to Geyer
Springs Road and at other miscellaneous locations.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
