AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED ON HINSON ROAD NORTH OF
PEBBLE BEACH PARK IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
folowing property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3754 -B - described as part of Section 19, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski Count, Arkansas, more
prticularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 19; thence
west 355.58 feet to a point 965 feet east of the
southwest corner of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4 of said
Section 19; thence north 51° 42' 15" west, 1,229.58
feet to a point on the west line of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4
of said Section 19, which is 762 feet from the
southwest corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence north
0° 16' east, 264.27 feet to a point on the centerline
of Hinson Road; thence south 700 57' 29" east, 5.25
feet to the PC of a circular curve to the right, with a
radius of 866.05 feet and a cord bearing of south 62°
52' 29" east, 243.56 feet to the PT; thence south 54°
47' 29" east, 373 feet to the PC of a circular curve to
the right, with a radius of 2,545.17 feet and a cord
bearing of south 52° 32' 29" east, 199.85 feet to the
PT; thence south 500 17' 29" east, 42 feet to the PC of
a circular curve to the left, with a radius of 2,545.17
feet and a cord bearing of south 52° 32' 29" east,
199.85 feet; thence south 540 47' 29" east, 543 feet to
a point on the east line of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4 of said
Section 19; thence south 0° 11' 52" west, 115.45 feet
to the point of beginning, from "PRD" Planned
Residential Development District to "R -2" Single Family
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
