AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FROM "SF" SINGLE
FAMILY TO "NC" NEIGHBORHOOD
CONVENIENCE, "MF" MULTIFAMILY AND
"OS" OPEN SPACE IN THE CASTLE VALLEY
AND BUNCH ROAD AREA; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the staff and the Planning Commission have
reviewed the Suburban Development Plan in the vicinity of
Bunch Road and Castle Valley Road, and
WHEREAS, the staff and Planning Commission recognize
the need to keep the suburban plan flexible and in touch
with the current needs, and
WHEREAS, the staff and Planning Commission feel that
commercial, multifamily and open space uses are appropriate
for the Bunch Road, Castle Valley area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan is hereby
amended to delete the "SF" Single Family designation in the
Bunch Road, Chicot Road area, and the area south of Castle
Valley to the Chicago, Rock Island Railroad.
SECTION 2 The "SF" designations are hereby replaced
with "NC" Neighborhood Convenience and "MF" Multifamily at
the Bunch Road, Chicot Road Intersection.
SECTION 3. These changes on the official map of the
Suburban Development Plan shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
