AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PRD"
DISTRICT TITLED THE QUARTERS (Z- 4006),
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE VI,
SECTION 6 -101 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "HDR" High
Density Residential District to "PRD" Planned Residential
District.
Z -4006 - Lots 1 -R through 13 -R inclusive, being: a
replat of the West 90.0 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3; the
South 5.0 feet of the East 50.0 feet of Lot 3; all of
Lot 4; the West 100.0 feet of the North 1/2 of Lot 5;
the North 15.0 feet of the East 40.0 feet of Lot 5, all
in Block 67, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, containing 23,850.0 square feet
(0.5475 acres more or less).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for The Quarters "PRD" is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning Commission
within the time specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
