AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
A. 2 -3993 - described as: part of the SW 1/4,
SW 17T, Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: beginning at a point 595 feet North
and 40 feet East of the Southwest corner of said
SW 1/4, SW 1/4, said point being located on the
East right -of -way line of Geyer Springs Road;
thence North along said East right -of -way line 150
feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 40, Browning
Place Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas; thence East
along the South line of said Lot 40 186.6 feet to
the Southeast corner thereof; thence South along
the West lines of Lots 31 and 30 said Browning
Place Addition 150.3 feet (deed 150 feet) to a
point on the West line of said Lot 30; thence West
186.6 feet to the point of beginning from "R -2"
Single Family District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.
B. 2 -3994 - described as: part of the SW 1/4,
Sect on 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
beginning at a said iron pin which is on the North
right -of -way line of I -30 at a point which is
310.6 feet North and 200 feet northeasterly from
the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4, Section 35,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence North 150 feet; thence
northeasterly parallel to the North right -of -way
line of I -30 200 feet to a found iron pipe; thence
South 68.7 feet; thence southeasterly 70.8 feet to
a point on the North right -of -way line of I -30;
thence southwesterly along said right -of -way line
240 feet to the point of beginning from "R -2"
Single Family District to "C -4" Open Display
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
