ORDINANCE NO. 14,439
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
GREEN MOUNTAIN AND RAINWOOD DRIVES,
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3315 -A - described as a part of Lots 5 and 6, Morgan
Sb— u division, being a part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of said Lot 6, run South 00°
42' 50" East, and along the East line of said Lot 6, 30
feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South
00° 42' 50" East and along said East line of
Lot 6, 247.17 feet; thence South 88° 16' West, 318.6
feet to a point on the Eastern right -of -way line of
Green Mountain Drive; thence along the said Eastern
right -of -way line and along a 447.5 foot radius curve
to the right, having a chord bearing of North 08° 37'
50" West, a distance of 129.45 feet to the point of
tangency thereof; thence North 00° 18' 10" West and
along the said Eastern right -of -way line of Green
Mountain Drive, 124.85 feet to the South right -of -way
line of Rainwood Drive; thence North 890 10' 30" East
along the South right -of -way line of said Rainwood
Drive, 335.54 feet to the point of beginning, from
"R -2" Single Family District to "MF -24" Multifamily
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
