AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,230.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO PAY INCREASES IN SALARIES
OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL COURT PERSONNEL
Whereas, the 1983 General Assembly mandated an increase in
the salaries of Little Rock Municipal Court personnel,
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund the sum of $25,230.00 to pay increases in salaries of Little
Rock Municipal Court personnel for fiscal year 1983.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from the date of its approval.
