AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR PROPERTY AT 9415 STAGECOACH
ROAD (Z -3987) SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Part of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Commencing at the Northwest
corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W;
thence East along the North line of said SE 1/4, 387.4
feet to the East right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway
#5 for the point of beginning; thence North 23° 12'
East along the East right -of -way line of Highway #5
390.17 feet; thence East 400.0 feet; thence South 230
12' West, 586.61 feet; thence West 400 feet to the East
right -of -way line of Highway #5; thence North 23° 12'
East along the East right -of -way line of Highway #5,
196.44 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.0
acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described conditional use permit.
That the applicant and owners adhere to all of the
standards and provisions of the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance
and the approved site plan as recommended by the Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
