ORDINANCE NO. 14,433
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 2701 -A - described as the West 1/2, SW 1/4, SE
1/4, Section 29, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, LESS AND EXCEPT
the North 400 feet thereof, from "MF -6"
Multifamily District to "R -2" Single Family
District.
(b) Z- 3931 -B - described as part of Section 14, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Tract K, beginning at a point that is 1070 feet
South of the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4, NW
1/4 of said Section 14; thence East 1070 feet;
thence South 230 feet; thence West 100 feet;
thence South 320 feet; thence West 180 feet;
thence South 315 feet; thence South 51° East, 250
feet; thence East 280 feet; thence North 520 East,
550 feet; thence North 180 feet; thence East 1010
feet to the Northerly right -of -way line of the
Rock Island Railroad; thence along said
right -of -way line South 550 30' West, 1780 feet;
thence continue along the said right -of -way line
South 670 West, 700 feet; thence continue along
said right -of -way line West 330 feet; thence North
1755 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2"

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
