AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PRIVILEGE LICENSE
ORDINANCE REGARDING CONVENTION CENTER CHARGES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That section 21 -13.1, schedule item 14(h) is amended to
read as follows:
(h) Shows or exhibitions by any group, organization or
company sponsoring a function including but not
limited to public attended, profit - making,
ticketed function will be subject to the following
charge:
A. Music Hall rental .. .........................100.00 first day
50.00 each day
thereafter
B. Exhibition Space Rental .....................¢ per sq. ft. gross
space occupied first
day -- 25.00 minimum
,¢ per sq. ft. gross
space occupied each
additional day --
12.50 minimum
C. For shows and exhibitions staged by any
non - profit organization which provides
an IRS non - profit charter number, or
other sufficient evidence of non - profit
status......... .............................no charge
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from the
date of its approval.
