AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF FOLK
SffMI T ECTVMEN BLACK 10 & 7l IN PU L & LEMaR ADDITION
TO TF3 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
6^nMEAS, it has been determined that POLK Street between BLOCK 10 & 11 of
the RUEBEL & LM1M Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the plat
of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 1 , Page 24, in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate
purposes, except for public utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, THME17ORE2 BE IT ORDA= BY THE BOARD OF DIR1MORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARJUNSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and
abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and
to the
street
designated as
follows: POLK STREET BE4EEN BLOCK 10 & 11 RUEBEL &
IMIM
STREET
, Little Rock,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility or
drainage easements located in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall
be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the
records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and approval.
