AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10,621 CHICOT ROAD (Z- 3952), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the S 1/2, NW 1/4, N 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 12,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
follows: Beginning at a point which is 30 feet East
and 150 feet South of the NW corner of said S 1/2, NW
1/4, NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 12; thence run East 644.92
feet; thence run South 180 feet; thence run West 644.92
feet to the West line of Chicot Road; thence run North
180 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all
2.67 acres more or less.
Property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for fire
station.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
