ORDINANCE NO.

AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 10,612 ALEXANDER ROAD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3936 - described as the West 17.14 acres of the
SW 1 4, SW 1/4 of Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4
of Section 10, run east along the South boundary
line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 a distance of 343 feet
to the point of beginning; thence North 020 06'
East a distance of 295.2 feet; thence East along a
line parallel with the South boundary line of said
SW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10 a distance of 220 feet
to a point on the East boundary line of the West
17.14 acres of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 10;
thence South 02° 06' West a distance of 295.2 feet
to a point on the South boundary line of said SW
1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 10; thence West along said
South boundary line a distance of 220 feet to the
point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family
District to "I -1" Industrial Park District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
