ORDINANCE NO. 14,407 195
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z -3951 - described as part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet East of and 50 feet
South of the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence run East
187.9 feet; thence run South 100 feet; thence run
West 187.9 feet to the East right -of -way line of
Geyer Springs Road; thence run North 100 feet
along said right -of -way line to the point of
beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
(b) Z -3961 - described as Lot 1, Tennis Club Addition,
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family
District to "AF" Agriculture and Forestry District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
