ORDINANCE NO. 14,390 168
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 3906 -8907 IERRIVALE
DRIVE (Z -3906) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE POCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following,
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3906 - described as Lots 33 and 34, Merrivale
A ition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
from "R -21' Single- family District to "0 -1" Quiet
Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
