AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
CHICOT AND CASTLE VALLEY ROADS IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3931 -A - described as part of the NE 1/4 of
Section 14, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of said
NE 1/4, Section 14, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence South 600
feet; thence South 55° 26' 15" West, 195 feet; thence
North 340 00' West, 420 feet; thence West 330 feet;
thence North 360 feet; thence East 735 feet to the
point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District
to "C -2" Shopping Center District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
