U SECTION 1. That Act 280 of 1975 as amended and as codified

0 in Title 41 of the Arkansas Statutes Annotated is hereby adopted
Ln by the Little Rock Board of Directors and the provisions of said

Act are hereby incorporated into the Little Rock Municipal Code.

SECTION 2. It is hereby found by the Board of Directors

0 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas that there is an urgent
need for the adoption of the provisions of the Arkansas Criminal

o Code. Therefore, an emergency is declared to exist, and this

U) ordinance being necessary for the preservation and advancement
of the public peace, health and safety shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
