HomeMy WebLinkAbout14385ORDINANCE NO. 14,385 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE OF 1981, SUBJECT TO THE AMENDMENTS HEREIN PROVIDED AS THE ELECTRICAL CODE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted as the Electrical Code of the City of Little Rock that certain code known as the National Electrical Code of 1981, as prepared by the National Fire Protection Association except as amended by other provisions of Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances, three (3) copies of which having been on file in the Office of the City Clerk for the time and in the manner prescribed by Act 267, Acts of Arkansas 1949, and shall so remain on file at all times thereafter. SECTION 2. Violations of the provisions of this Code shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 12 -5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock. SECTION 3.
