AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
PAYMENT OF EXPERT WITNESS FEES IN THE
GILBERT AND HERVEY CASES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund the sum of $1,678.38 to compensate Welch and
Associates for expert witness fees, and the sum of $1,213.50 to House,
Holmes and Jewell Law Firm for legal fees, in the Gilbert and Hervey cases.
