AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 9910 CHICOT ROAD, IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
CLARIFYING ORDINANCE NO. 14,283, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3826 - described as Lot 1A, Burnelle Manor, being
aa` rep lat of Lot A, Burnelle Manor, a subdivision of
the North 3/4 of the South 1/2, Northeast 1/4,
Southeast 1/4 of Section 2, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single
Family and "O -1" Quiet Office Districts to "O -1"
Quiet Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the zoning amendment accomplished by
Ordinance No. 14,283 is hereby corrected to encompass all of
the property which was approved for this zoning
classification.
SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
