AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATIONS
FOR 1984 FOR OUTSIDE AGENCIES, EQUIPMENT
AND SPECIAL PROJECTS, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

°o SECTION 1. For the fiscal year commencing 1/1/84 and ending

A0 12/31/84, there is hereby appropriated from the City's General

N Fund the respective sums for each and every item or class of
expenditures as shown on Section I and Section II of the attached

fact sheet.
SECTION 2. Declaring an emergency. It is hereby found and
determined that there is an immediate and urgent need for
adopting this ordinance in order that all the City's pressing
obligations can be met and that the citizens of the City of
Little Rock can be better protected and served. Therefore, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being
necessary for the preservation and advancement of the public
peace, health and safety, shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
