ORDINANCE NO. 14,564
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4130 - Described as beginning at the common corner of
Sections 23, 24, 25, 26, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence West 150
feet to the point of beginning; thence West 1,874 feet;
thence North 800 feet; thence East 1,874 feet; thence
South 800 feet to the point of beginning in said area
containing 34.42 acres from "R -2" Single Family to "M"
Mining District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
