AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z- 3654 -A - described as: Part of the SE 1/4,
SE 1/4, Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying South and East of the right -of -way
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and West of
Patterson Avenue, (formerly Gum Springs Road),
more particularly described as follows: commence
at a point on the West right -of -way of Patterson
Avenue and on the Southeast right -of -way of
Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence S 41° 20' E 100
feet along the West right -of -way of Patterson
Avenue to a point on the Southeast right -of -way of
Baldwin Road; thence S 480 38' W 180.0 feet along
the Southeast right -of -way; thence S 77° 37' E
228.2 feet to a point on the West right -of -way of
Patterson Avenue; thence S 110 37' E 49.4 feet
along said West right -of -way to the point of
beginning; thence S 70° 54' W 677.3 feet to a
point on the Southeast right -of -way of Baldwin
Road; thence S 55° 48' W 86.5 feet along said
Southeast right -of -way; thence continue along said
Southeast right -of -way 55° 34' W 100 feet; thence
S O1° 15' E 62.3 feet; thence N 700 50' E 862.0
feet to a point on the West right -of -way of
Patterson Avenue; thence N 110 37' W 108.3 feet
along said West right -of -way to the point of
beginning containing 2 acres, more or less, from
"C -3" General Commercial District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
(b) Z -4086 - described as: Part of the SE 1/4 of the
SE-1/T, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the Southwest
corner of the said SE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence East for
654.7 feet; thence North for 400 feet to the point
of beginning; thence N 06° 06' E for 202.1 feet;
thence S 77° 21' E for 152.0 feet; thence S 06°
06' W for 156.3 feet; thence S 85° 47' W for
153.43 feet to the point of beginning from "R -2"
Single Family District to "C -4" Open Display
District.
(c) Z -4113 - described as: The West 50 feet of Lots
I; and 3, Block 123, Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, from "C -4" Open Display District
to "C -3" General Commercial District.

SE , Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4,
SE 1/4; thence East 337.26 feet; thence North
20.0 feet to the point of beginning on the North
right -of -way line of Mabelvale Pike; thence
northeasterly 103 feet along said right -of -way to
a point on tha- -West right -of -way line of South
University Avenue; thence North 91.8 feet along
said right -of -way of South University; thence West
95.0 feet; thence South 130.7 feet to the point of
beginning containing .5 acres, more or less, from
"C -3" General Commercial District to "C -4" Open
Display District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
