AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 14,517;
TO CORRECT THE MISTAKEN REPEAL OF ORDINANCE
NO. 14,036; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Because of error Ordinance No. 14,517 Section 7
repealed Ordinance No. 14,036. The purpose of this measure is to
correct that error.
Section 2. Ordinance No

14,517 Section 7 is hereby amended
"Section 7. The following ordinances of the
City of Little Rock are hereby repealed: Nos.
11,354, 11,388, 11,426, 11,658, 11,730, 11,859,
12,097, 12,213, 12,545, 12,666, 13,359, 14,333,
and 14,406.
Section 3. It has been found and is declared that the
erroneous listing of Ordinance No. 14,036 in the repealing clause
of Ordinance No. 14,517 poses a serious threat to the orderly
administration of the planning laws and regulations relative to
streets and parks, that there is urgent need to correct this
condition, and that this measure will provide the remedy.
Therefore, an emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance,
being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health,
and safety, shall take effect and be in force from the date of
its approval.
