ORDINANCE NO. 14,551
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
9418 NEW BENTON HIGHWAY (Z- 4115),
TEMPLE BAPTIST CHURCH SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
NORTH TRACT
Part of the E 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the E 2/3, E 1/2, NW 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence South along the East
line of the NW 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W for
745.1 feet; thence by a deflection angle to the right
of 900 for 873.8 feet to a point on the West line of
the East 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4, Section 3,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence by a deflection angle of 900 to
the right along said West line of the E 2/3 of the
E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 for 753.5 feet to a point on the
North line of the NW 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13,W;
thence East along the North line of the NW 1/4 for
873.8 feet to the point of beginning containing
15.03 acres more or less.
SOUTH TRACT
Part of the E 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of the NW 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, said point being 745.1 feet
South of the NE corner of the E 2/3, E 1/2, NW 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence continue South along
the East line of the NW 1/4, for 340.0 feet to a point
on the northerly right -of -way line of Interstate
Highway 30; thence by a deflection angle to the right
of 64° 56' along said right -of -way line for 965.3 feet
to a point on the West line of the E 2/3 of the E 1/2
of the NW 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence by a
deflection angle to the right of 115° 04' 750.3 feet;
thence by a deflection angle to the right of 900 for
873.8 feet to the point of beginning containing 10.94
acres more or less.

described as: Commence at the NE corner of said E 2/3,
E 1/2, NW 1/4; thence South along the East line of said
E 2/3, E 1/4, NW 1/4 to a point on the northerly
right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence
southwesterly along said right -of -way line 653.4 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continue
southwesterly along said right -of -way line 105 feet;
thence northwesterly 312 feet; thence northeasterly
105 feet; thence southeasterly 312 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.75 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be church for
related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
