AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z- 3371 -A - Described as a parcel of land situated
inert e�Southeast 1/4 of Section 16 in T -1 -N R -13 -W
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 16 in
T -1 -N R -13 -W; thence N 88° 26' 02" W 413.54 feet;
thence N 89° 00' 25" W 410.29 feet; thence N 86°
14' 00" W 233.78 feet; thence N 04° 45' 00" E

Beginning at a point 20 feet North, and 557.2 feet
West of the Southeast corner of said Southwest
1/4, Southwest 1/4; thence run West 197.2 feet;
thence North 662.7 feet; thence East 197.2 feet;
thence South 662.7 feet to the point of beginning,
containing three (3) acres, more or less.

West, of and 504 feet North of the Southeast
corner of the said Southwest 1/4, of the Southwest

thence run East 180 feet to the point of beginning
of Pulaski County.

Parcel D described as the East 3.43 acres of the
East 11.43 acres of the Southwest 1/4, of the

County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to
"I -2" Light Industrial District less and except
the South 300 feet from "R -2" Single Family to
"I -1" Industrial District.

Rock, Arkansas, from "C -4" Open Display District
to "C -3" General Commercial District.
(e) Z -4111 - Described as the South half of Lots 1 and
7, ancT all of Lot 3, Block 2, Garland Addition,
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -4" Two Family
District to "I -2" Light Industrial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
