AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 800 EAST 6TH STREET IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4106, described as all of Lots 10 and 11 and
part of Lot 12 in Block 16, Rectortown Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Begining at the intersection of the N line of
E 6th Street and an easterly line of Interstate
Highway No. 30 service road; thence N 120, 34' W,
along the easterly line of said Interstate Highway
No. 30, a distance of 154.2 feet to the N line of
Lot 12, Block 16 of said Rectortown Addition;
thence S 890, 8' E, along the N line of said
Lots 12, 11 and 10 of Block 16 of said Rectortown
Addition, a distance of 150 feet to the NE corner
of said Lot 10; thence S 0 °, 47' W, along the E
line of said Lot 10 to the N line of E 6th Street,
and being the SE corner of said Lot 10; thence N
890, 8' W, along the,N line of E 6th Street, being
the S line of said Lots 10, 11 and 12, a distance
of 114.44 feet to the point of beginning. From
"I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, and
designated district map be, and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
