AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN WOODLAND HEIGHTS ADDITION
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4092 - Described as part of Plot H, Woodland Heights
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as beginning at the SW corner of said Plot H;
thence N 1° 50' 50" W along the West line of said
Plot H 84.44 feet to a point; thence southeasterly
along the arc of a 686.2 -foot radius curve to the left
having a chord bearing and distance of S 86° 21' 23" E,
97.53 feet to a point; thence N 89° 33' 05" E, 345.0
feet to a point; thence southeasterly along the arc of
a 746.2 -foot radius curve to the right having a chord
bearing and distance of S 83° 41' 55" E, 175.81 feet to
a point; thence S 760 56' 55" E, 31.61 feet to a point;
thence southeasterly along the arc of a 686.2 -foot
radius curve to the left having a chord bearing and
distance of S 80° 30' 51" E, 85.39 feet to a point on
the East line of said Plot H; thence S 10 50' 50" E
along said East line 34.52 feet to the SE corner
thereof; thence S 89° 33' 05" W along the South line of
said Plot H 730.5 feet to the point of beginning
containing 6.1 acres + from "R -2" Single Family
District to "MF -12" Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is thereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to'effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
