AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z -4087 - described as Lot 45, Burnell Manor and
Lot 44, Burnell Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family District
to 110-1" Quiet Office District.
(b) Z -4088 - described as the North 137.3 feet of Lots
1, —2 and 3 in Block 6 in the subdivision of Block
18 of Rapley Estate in the City of Little Rock and
Lot 5, except to the South 28 feet in Block 1,
Scott Street Addition from "C -3" General
Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display
District.
(c) Z -4095 - described as a part of Lots 13 through 16
of Block 11, Booker Heights Addition, City of
Little Rock, more particularly described as
follows: beginning 350 feet easterly and 324 feet
northerly of the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, said point
being the Southwest corner of Block 11; thence N
0° 28' 28" E along the West line of said Block 11,
96.4 feet to its intersection with the
right -of -way of I -430; thence S 460 46' 57" E
along said right -of -way 145.6 feet to the South
line of Block 11; thence N 880 14' 49" W along
said South line 107.0 feet to the point of
beginning containing 0.12 acres + from "R -2"
Single Family District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
