AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED ON FOURCHE DAM PIKE AT EAST
ROOSEVELT ROAD AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4114 - described as a tract of land the point of
beginning being a point 207 feet + East of the
East /West right -of -way of Fourche Dam Pike; thence
South 230.0 feet + to a point; thence West 208 feet +;
thence North 295.6 feet + to a point; thence West 216.5
feet + to the point of beginning all in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from Unclassified to "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
