AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2307 CANTRELL ROAD, CANTRELL ROAD
BREWERY (Z- 4069), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
All that part of Lots 29, 30, and 31 of Worthen's
Survey, SE fractional 1/4 of Section 33, T -2 -N, R -12 -W.
The property is zoned "I -3" and is to be used for a
brewery.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
