ORDINANCE NO. 14,510
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE OTTER CREEK FIRE STATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$52,000.00 from the unencumbered balance of the General Fund for
the Otter Creek Fire Station Project.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a
contract to John Whitehurts, Inc., for construction of the
project for a price of $351,494.00.
