ORDINANCE NO. 14,505
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z- 3454 -B - Described as part of the SW 1/4 of Section
5, T-1-79, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Commencing at the SW corner
of said SW 1/4, Section 5; thence N 89° 19' E along the
South line of said SW 1/4, 1,060.74 feet; thence N O1°
03' 0" W, 929.89 feet to a point on the North
right -of -way line of Otter Creek Parkway said point
being the point of beginning; thence continue N O10 3'
W, 709.53 feet; thence S 89° 23' 0" E, 350.16 feet;
thence S 8° 38' 12" W, 685.32 feet to a point on the
North right -of -way line of said Otter Creek Parkway;
thence S 820 42' W along the North right -of -way line of
said Otter Creek Parkway 184.76 feet to the point of
curvature of a curve to the left said curve having a
central angle of 24° 58' 49" and a radius of 671.25
feet; thence in a southwesterly direction along the arc
of said curve to left to the point of beginning said
curve segment having a chord bearing and distance of
S 840 53' 01" W, 51.16 feet containing 4.64 acres more
or less from "C -1" Neighorhood Commercial District to
"MF -18" Multifamily District.
(b) Z -4062 - Described as a tract of land lying in the
NE 17T, NW 1/4 of Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
beginning at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 33;
thence S 0° 14' W, 675.0 feet; thence N 89° 35' W,
987.1 feet to a point; thence N 0° 22' E, 200 feet to
the point of beginning of the description as follows:
Continuing from the said last point S 890 43' E, 330.0
feet to a point; thence N 0° 22' E, 235.0 feet to a
point; thence continuing North 0° 22' E, 29.0 feet to a
point; thence N 89° 43' W, 121.3 feet to a point;
thence N 89° 43' W, 208.7 feet to the said point lying
on the East right -of -way of Hinson Loop Road; thence
264.0 feet along the said road right -of -way to the
point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family District to
"0-3" General Office District.
(c) Z- 2458 -A - Described as part of Tract 28, Leigh - Butler
Acres an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as follows: Commence at
the SE corner of said Tract 28; thence South along the
East line of said Tract 28 a distance of 100 feet;
thence West 25 feet to the point of beginning; thence

South parallel to and 25 feet from the East line of
said-Tract 28 a distance of 518.5 feet to a point on
the North right -of -way line of West 65th Street; thence
West along said right -of -way line 208 feet; thence
North 520.6 feet; thence E 208 feet to the point of
beginning containing 2.48 acres more or less from "C -3"
General Commercial District to "I -2" Light Industrial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
