AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO THE
VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4043 - Described as a part of the SW 1/4 of the SW
174 of Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a 1/2 inch rebar found for the SW corner
of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W;
thence N 870 53' 38" E, 415.5 feet to a No. 4 rebar set
for the point of beginning; thence N 08° 39' 42" W,
276.4 feet to a No. 4 rebar set; thence N 60 50' 22" E,
238.67 feet to a No. 4 rebar set; thence S 56° 46' 52"
E, 364.04 feet to a 2 1/2 inch crimped iron pipe;
thence S O10 37' 0" E, 299.92 feet to an iron pin
found; thence S 870 53' 38" W, 300.0 feet to the point
of beginning containing 2.988 acres more or less, from
"C -3" General Commercial District to "MF -24"
Multifamily District less and except the following
described tract: A parcel of land within the above
described area identified as floodway area within the
flood hazard boundary maps lying along the East and
South boundary of the tract from "C -3" General
Commercial District to "OS" Open Space District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
