ORDINANCE NO. 14,496
AN ORDINANCE REALLOCATING AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR THE JOHN BARROW ROAD IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The $240,000 heretofore allocated to the Rodney
Parham Road Improvement Project from the 1977 capital improvement
fund is hereby transferred and appropriated to the John Barrow
Road Improvement Project Phase I.
Section 2. The $120,000 heretofore appropriated from the
1977 capital improvement fund for the John Barrow Road
Improvement Project Phase II is hereby transferred to the John
Barrow Road Improvement Project Phase I.
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
increase the price of the engineering contract of the City with
Garver and Garver to the extent of $39,750 for design and to
allow third -party expenditures necessary to support the
engineering and right -of -way work for the John Barrow Road
Improvement Project Phase II.
