ORDINANCE NO. 14,494
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
a) Z -4051 - described as Lot 33B, Triangle Properties
Industrial District, Little Rock, Arkansas. From
"R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
b) Z -4053 - described as the East 53 feet of Lots 7,
and 9 of Block 18, Marshall and Wolfe's
Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas. From "R -4"
Two - family District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.

c) Z -4054 - described as part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4
of Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4
of said Section 35; thence South 2,441.57 feet to
a point; thence West 2,673.277 feet to the
Southwest lot corner and the point of beginning,
which lies approximately 40.5 feet North of the
centerline of the pavement of Baseline Road;
thence North 0° 54' 55" East, 269.638 feet to the
Northwest lot corner; thence run South 890 09' 30"
East, 110.855 feet to the Northeast lot corner;
thence run South 010 05' 40" West, 271.076 feet to
the Southeast lot corner; thence run North 880 24'
40" West, 110.014 feet to the point of beginning.
From "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
