ORDINANCE NO. 14,478
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z- 2079 -D - Described as Lot 2, Baptist
Medical Center Development, Little Rock, Arkansas.
AND
Part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 and part of the SW 1/4,
SE 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 4B, Baptist Medical
Center Development as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 78
(said point also being on the West right -of -way of
Medical Drive); thence South along the West line of
said Medical Drive 800 feet + to a point on the North
right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence West along the
North right -of -way line of said Kanis Road 500 feet;
thence North parallel to the West line of said Medical
Drive 800 feet + to a point on the South line of

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
