ORDINANCE NO. 14,47
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PCD"
DISTRICT TITLED WOODLAND HEIGHTS
OFFICE GARDENS PCD (3370 -B) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" Single
Family to "PRD" Planned Residential District.
(Z- 3370 -B) - land lying in part of the E 1/2, SE 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 21, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said E 1/2, SE
1/4, SE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence South 20 feet to the point
of beginning; thence East 154 feet; thence South 125
feet; thence East 156 feet; thence South 156 feet;
thence West 156 feet; thence South 148.82 feet; thence
South 83' 11" West, a distance of 50.65 feet; thence
South 87' 00" West, a distance of 55.34 feet; thence
South 88' 59" West, a distance of 48.45 feet; thence
North 439.59 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Woodland Heights Office Gardens PCD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
