AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PRD"
DISTRICT TITLED LINDEN COURT PRD,
PHASE II (Z -4015) IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "0 -3" General
Office to "PRD" Planned Residence District.
(Z -4015) - a parcel of land lying in part of Lot 16 of
the subdivision of the W 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 460 feet East of the Northwest
corner of said Lot 16; thence East 61 feet; thence
South 205.8 feet; thence West 61 feet; thence North
205.1 feet to point of beginnng; and the North 161 feet
of the East 209 feet of Lot 16 of the subdivision of
W 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W in the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (said Lot 16 of
the subdivision of the W 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, being commonly known as Lot 16 of Howard Adams
and R.D. Plunkett Subdivision of the W 1/2, NW 1/4,
Section 6, T -1 -N, R- 12 -W).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Linden Court PRD, Phase II is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning
Commission within the time specified by Article IX, Section
9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
