ORDINANCE NO. 14,474
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PCD"
ROCK CREEK PCD (Z -4030) IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" Single
Family to "PCD" Planned Commercial Development.
(Z -4030) - part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 2,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as:
Beginning at the center of the said SE 1/4, NW 1/4;
thence North 290 feet to a point; thence East 330 feet
to a point on the East line of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4, SE
1/4, NW 1/4, Section 21 T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence South 654
feet to a point at the center of Cunningham Lake Road;
thence Northwesterly along the centerline of said road,
to a point 40 feet South of the center of the SE 1/4,
NW 1/4, said Section 2, thence 40 feet North to the
point of beginning; containing 162,360 square feet,
more or less; subject to an easement along the South
side of Cunningham Lake Road.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Rock Creek PCD is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning Commission
within the time specified by, Article IX, Section 9.101 of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
