ORDINANCE NO. 14,472
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS A PART OF LOT 11 SOUTHALL
SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4034 - described as a tract of land lying in the SW
1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being a part of Lot 1 of
Southall Subdivision and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4, NE
1/4; thence North 000 43' 15" West along the West line
of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4 for a distance of 902.78 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continuing North 00° 43'
15" West along the West line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4 for
a distance of 212.49 feet; thence South 89° 54' 15"
East, 210.87 feet; thence South 00° 47' 10" East,
211.04 feet; thence South 890 42' West, 211.10 feet to
the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
