AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1605 GREEN MOUNTAIN DRIVE (Z -4031)
GREEN MOUNTAIN MINI - WAREHOUSE,
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section
33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pin at the Northeasterly corner
of Lot 1 of Southhall Subdivision as surveyed by
Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Arkansas Land Surveyor 12, on
April 23, 1980; thence South 00° 47' 10" East along the
Easterly line of said Lot 1 for a distance of 184.16
feet to an iron pin at the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 1 to a point of beginning; thence continuing South
000 47' 10" East, 235.00 feet to the North line of a
30 -foot wide drainage easement shown on the Charles
Valley Subdivision preliminary plat, Phase II, dated
March 1977, and prepared by Robert C. Lowe, Jr.; thence
along a 910 03' 48" deflection right 212.66 feet to the
centerline of said Section 33; thence along the
centerline of said Section 33 along a deflection right
of 89° 18' 19" for a distance of 235.00 feet; thence
along the deflection right of 90° 41' 41" for a
distance of 211.13 feet to the point of beginning; said
tract of land containing 1.143 acres more or less.
Property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for
mini - warehouses.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
