ORDINANCE NO. 14,469
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
EVERGREEN AND UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4029 - described as the West 295 feet of the North
450.5 feet of all that part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 31, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, which lies East of University Avenue, West of
Fillmore Street, South of Evergreen Road and North of
"H" Street, from "R -2" Single Family District to "0 -2"
Office and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
