AN ORDINANCE, APPROPRIATING THIRTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($30,000.00) TO CORRECT MUNICIPAL
CODE VIOLATIONS AT WAR MEMORIAL CONCESSIONS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, there are numerous municipal code viola-
tions at the War Memorial Park Concessions which need to
be corrected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00)
are hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance
of the General Fund to be used to correct electrical code
violations and other municipal code violations at the
War Memorial Park concessions.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
