ORDINANCE NO. 14,283
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 9910 CHICOT ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
2 -3826 - described as part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Semen 2, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particulary described as:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the SE 1/4, said
Section 2; thence south 659.2 feet; thence west 25 feet
to the point of beginning; thence west 170 feet; thence
south 145 feet; thence east 170 feet to the west
right -of -way line of Chicot Road; thence north along
said west right -of -way line 145 feet to the point of
beginning. From "R -2" Single Family District to 110-1"
Quiet Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
