AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF
MABELVALE CUTOFF AND WOODBRIDGE,
PROPERTY IS TO BE USED FOR CHURCH
AND RELATED ACTIVITIES. SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
2 -3870 - The W 1/2 of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, of the NE
1/4, except the North 20 feet and the South 20 feet
thereof reserved for roadways, all in Section 11,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, 2.0 acres more
or less.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby'
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
