AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION.1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
Subsection (a): Z- 3021 -D - Described as two tracts of
land in Kellwood u6Uv lion, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; commencing at the southwest
corner of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence
S 890 24' E, 451.73 feet; thence N 00° 05' W, 805.64
feet; thence N 890 55' E, 320 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 370 26' 57" W, 138.41 feet; thence
N 000 05' W, 125 feet; thence N 89° 33' 59" E, 365.25
feet; thence N 030 16' 20" W, 275 feet; thence S 890
42' E, 270 feet; thence S 000 05' E, 725.85 feet;
thence N 890 24' W, 162.05 feet; thence around a curve
to the left having a radius of 50 feet, a chord bearing
and distance of N 630 30' 28" W, 85.91 feet; thence
N 320 43' 22" W, 112.66 feet; thence around a curve to
the left to the left having a radius of 175 feet, a
chord bearing and distance of N 61° 24' 11" W, 167.97
feet; thence S 89° 55' W, 88.94 feet to the point of
beginning from "0-3" General Office District to "R -6"
High -Rise Apartment District.
Subsection (b): Z -3838 - Described as Lot 12, Block 9,
Midland Hills Addr it io from "R -3" Single Family
District to "R -5" Urban Residence District.
Subsection (c): Z -3839 - Described as Lot 2, Block 12,
Mountain Park Addr io from "R -2" Single Family
district to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. The map referred to in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
