AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTHEAST OF THE EASTERN TERMINUS OF RILEY
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3021 -E - Described as commencing at the southwest
corner of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence
S 890 24' E, 1,107.76 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N 00° 05' W, 547.33 feet; thence around a curve
to the left having a radius of 50 feet, a chord bearing
and distance of N 35° 54' 02" E, 64.54 feet; thence
S 890 24' E, 162.05 feet; thence S 00° 05' E, 600 feet;
thence N 89° 24' W, 199.97 feet to the point of
beginning from "0-3" General Office District to 110-1"
Quiet Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to.the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
