ORDINANCE NO. 14.256
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATINr, FUNDS TO BE
USED BY THE AMBULANCE AUTHORITY DECLARING
AN EHFRGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock supports the provision of quality ambulance
service to the citizens of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. $8,600.00 is hereby appropriated to
be dispersed to the Little Rock Ambulance Authority
for costs incurred in the preparation of an ambulance
ordinance.
Section 2. Emergency. It is hereby found and
determined that there is an immediate and urgent need
for the providing of funds to the Ambulance Authority
and that such an appropriation is necessary to the preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety. Therefore
an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
