AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
4000 RODNEY PARHAM ROAD, (Z -3836)
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of said SW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 and run thence north 0° 37' 30" west along the
cdnterline of a county road (60 foot right -of -way) for
a distance of 983.93 feet; thence north 89° 22' 30"
east for a distance of 30 feet to the point of
beginning; thence north 9° 37' 30" west for a distance
of 298.02 feet; thence south 89° 35' 36" east, a
distance of 751.45 feet; thence north 0° 04' 44" east
for a distance of 30 feet to a point on the north line
of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 21; thence south
89° 35' 36" east fora distance of 465.35 feet to a
point on the west right -of -way line of Rodney Parham
Road, said point also being the point of a curvature of
a 3.000487° curve to the right, said curve having a
radius of 1909.55 feet, a tangent of 124.44 feet and an
internal angle of 7° 27' 26 "; thence southwesterly
along said curve to the right for a distance of 248.53
feet to the point of tangency thereof; thence south 440
22' 50" west along the west right -of -way line of Rodney
Parham Road for a distance of 829.21 feet; thence north
450 37' 10" west for a distance of 660.13 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 12.391 acres, more or
less.
Property is to be used for church and related
activities and is zoned "R -2 ".
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, Codes, and the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force-from and after its passage and approval.
